hojicha latte preparation

1. sift 2-3g (1 tsp) of hojicha in a bowl and add 40ml of hot water (max. 95°C)

2. whisk it well with a bamboo or electric whiskuntil it's smooth and there are no visible clumps

3. enjoy with your favorite milk.
