iced oat matcha latte preparation

1. sift 2–3g (1–1,5 tsp) of matcha in a bowland add 40ml of oat milk

2. whisk it well with a bamboo or electric whiskuntil it's creamy and there are no visible clumps

3. pour 150ml of oat milk over the ice and addthe creamy matcha shot on top


tip add the sweetener at any stage of preparation
